We were invited to collaborate with Smout Property on the metamorphosis of an Ascot Queenslander into a contemporary, statement property. Infusing our high-end expertise with their aspirations for the build, we elevated the design concept to deliver a home of the highest standard - one you’d never want to leave.

Luxe finishes and exquisite detailing were integral to match the expectations of the developer and their market. Striking pink marble, soft travertine and European Oak parquetry bring texture and warmth to this family home.
