With a cheeky name that makes you look twice, Pho Queue demanded a dining space that set the scene for what was to come. The brief was to create a boutique hospitality fit out that mirrored the restaurant’s hyper-focus on doing one dish exceptionally well. 

The modern French-Vietnamese inspired fitout leans into a refined, minimalist style befitting the restaurant’s belief in letting the food shine. 

Known for slinging the best bowls of pho in Brisbane, the design also established a sophisticated space to cultivate the expansion of the chef’s brand.
